The CEO of Ghana’s premier hospital, the Korle-Bu teaching hospital, Dr. Yakubu Seidu Adam yesterday faced the public accounts committee on various issues and one thing that caught the eye of observers and viewers was his inability to provide the committee with the exact date that the hospital begun and ended the NHIS free dialysis Pilot program.
